Dr. Pearnel Bell
Director of Education
Dr. Pearnel Bell is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Human Resources Consultant with over 21 years of combined professional experience. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Caribbean Diagnostic and Psychotherapy Institute and lectures at Yorkville University and City University in Canada, where she teaches courses in Ethics, Legal Issues, and Diversity and Culture.
A trained educator, Dr. Bell has contributed extensively to both the private and public sectors through leadership, training, and organizational development initiatives. She is also a published author, columnist, and respected commentator, frequently providing psychological insights on national issues. Dr. Bell’s expertise, professionalism, and commitment to the growth of the field have earned her recognition as a leading voice in Caribbean psychology.
