Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming an increasingly common tool for supporting self-care through wellness applications, virtual assistants, mental health chatbots, mood tracking, mindfulness platforms, and personalized health recommendations. While these technologies can improve accessibility, convenience, and self-awareness, they also present important ethical considerations related to privacy, data security, informed decision-making, algorithmic bias, transparency, and the limits of AI in supporting mental health and well-being.

This course examines the ethical use of AI in self-care, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to use AI-powered tools responsibly while protecting personal privacy, maintaining healthy boundaries, and recognizing when professional human support is necessary
